This Privacy Policy explains how Ringelo, a brand operated by REOM LLC (“Ringelo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our websites at ringelo.com and os.ringelo.com, our inbound-call platform, and related services (together, the “Services”), or when you submit your information through one of our advertisements on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Ringelo is a marketing and call-delivery platform; it is not an insurance carrier.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Lead and inquiry information. When you submit a lead form through our ads on Facebook or Instagram, or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to qualifying questions (for example, licensing status, sales volume, and purchasing intent).
- Account information. For agents and agencies who register, we collect name, email, phone number, login credentials, role, and approval/licensing details.
- Call information. When calls are routed and connected through the Services, we process call metadata (numbers, timestamps, duration, geography) and may record and transcribe calls for quality, billing, training, and compliance.
- Billing information. Wallet balances and transaction records. Card and payment details are handled by our payments provider; we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Technical and usage data. IP address, device and browser information, cookies and similar technologies, and analytics about how you use the Services.
2. How we use information
- To operate, route, and connect inbound calls and deliver the Services.
- To create and administer accounts, process wallet top-ups, and bill for usage.
- To verify eligibility, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain security.
- To comply with legal obligations, including telemarketing and consent rules.
- To improve the Services, including through analytics and error monitoring.
- To communicate with you about your account, leads, and service updates, including by phone call and text message (SMS) where you have consented.
3. Call recording
Calls connected through the Services may be monitored, recorded, and transcribed. Where required by law, participants are notified at the start of a call. Recordings and transcripts are used for billing, quality assurance, dispute resolution, training, and compliance.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, and as required by law. Our key service providers include:
- Telephony and call control (e.g., Telnyx) and call routing (e.g., Retreaver).
- Database, authentication, and storage infrastructure (e.g., Supabase).
- Payments and wallet funding (e.g., Whop).
- Transactional email (e.g., Resend).
- Product analytics and error monitoring (e.g., PostHog, Sentry).
- Advertising and lead delivery (e.g., Meta Platforms).
We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Ringelo, our users, or others, and in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or asset sale.
5. Information received from Meta
When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides your submitted information to us so we can follow up about our Services. Your use of Facebook and Instagram is also governed by Meta’s own policies. You can review the data you have shared and manage your settings within your Meta account.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type — for example, billing records and call recordings are kept for the periods required for accounting and compliance.
8. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time, and you can ask to stop receiving calls. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to be contacted, we may send you recurring text (SMS) messages about the inquiry you submitted and our Services — for example, to follow up about inbound calls, answer your questions, and help you get started. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. After you opt out we will stop sending you marketing text messages at that number.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share this information only with the service providers that help us send messages on our behalf, under contract and solely for that purpose.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
