Terms of Service

The Services are intended for licensed insurance agents and agencies and other business users who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring you hold all licenses and authorizations required to sell the products you discuss on calls delivered through the Services.

Ringelo connects licensed agents with inbound calls and prospective leads. Ringelo is a marketing and call-delivery platform and is not an insurance carrier; we do not sell insurance and do not guarantee any sale, conversion, or outcome. Call availability, volume, and quality may vary.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or legal exposure.

The Services are billed on a prepaid, pay-per-use basis. You fund a wallet through our payments provider, and charges for connected calls are deducted from your balance according to the rates shown in the Services. You authorize us to charge applicable amounts and to deduct usage from your wallet.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all wallet funds (whether used or unused) and all usage charges are non-refundable and non-reversible, and we do not provide refunds, credits, or chargebacks for any reason, including unused balances, account termination, dissatisfaction with call volume or quality, or unconverted leads.

By funding your wallet and using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. This does not limit any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do-Not-Call rules, and state telemarketing and insurance regulations.
• Misrepresent yourself, your licensing, or the products you offer.
• Resell, scrape, or misuse leads, call data, or recordings.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.

You are solely responsible for your conduct on calls and your compliance with all applicable laws.

Calls connected through the Services may be recorded and transcribed for billing, quality, training, and compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you consent to such recording where permitted by law.

The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Ringelo or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended business purpose. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular call volume or result will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ringelo and REOM LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ringelo and REOM LLC from any claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your calls, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which REOM LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
