Sources checked September 9, 2026. We reviewed public first-party offer pages and, where needed, the rendered pricing FAQ. We did not buy calls, test conversion rates or audit vendor systems. Missing public details mean you should request them; they do not mean a provider lacks a feature.

How we built this shortlist

The intended buyer is a licensed US final expense agent or agency evaluating English-language call buying. Confirm language and state availability with each campaign. We compare five things: the delivered product, price visibility, the charging event, receiving workflow and unanswered purchase terms. Transfer alternatives are labeled because a screened handoff and a direct inbound call can require different handling.

Our first-place recommendation prioritizes an explicit qualification-based billable definition. Buyers who prioritize a lower connected-call price, a duration buffer or multi-supplier software should weigh the alternatives below. We have no basis to say Ringelo has the highest conversion rate or that its billing model is unavailable everywhere else.

A use-case shortlist, not an exhaustive census or independent service-quality ranking.

1. Ringelo — our pick for qualification-based billing

The criteria campaign costs $60 per qualifying lead. Qualification requires age 50–85, an active checking or savings account, and interest in final expense coverage. This campaign has no minimum call duration. Other campaign terms must be confirmed separately. Official campaign details.

Why we recommend it: the billable definition names the qualifications rather than making elapsed time the deciding condition. That gives a buyer a concrete specification to evaluate. It does not guarantee a sale or an underwriting outcome.

Choose another buying model if your priority is the lowest published connected-call price, a particular duration buffer, or a supplier marketplace. Confirm Ringelo’s availability, delivery setup, funding and credit terms before purchasing; the public campaign description does not settle every account term.

2. AgentCalls — agents comparing a subscription platform with campaign-based lead buying

AgentCalls publishes a $97 monthly subscription plus prepaid call credits. Its final expense example uses an 85-second buffer. Official source.

Our assessment: Shortlist AgentCalls if you want a browser calling workflow and are comfortable evaluating a subscription alongside call spend. Start by asking: What exact final expense campaign rate and buffer would my account receive? Read the full Ringelo vs AgentCalls comparison for the billing table, cost discussion and purchase questions.

3. True Ring Leads — individual agents and agencies investigating direct phone delivery

True Ring Leads describes ad-generated final expense calls routed to agents’ phones, with separate agent and agency signup paths. Official source.

Our assessment: Consider True Ring Leads if direct phone delivery and separate agent/agency onboarding match your operating model, subject to a satisfactory written quote. Start by asking: What is the current rate, minimum funding and precise billable event? Read the full Ringelo vs True Ring Leads comparison for the billing table, cost discussion and purchase questions.

4. Policy Printer — teams evaluating a provider-managed dialer workflow

Policy Printer describes prepayment and a hosted dialer for inbound calls. It also has a separate final expense live-transfer offering. Official source.

Our assessment: Consider Policy Printer if a provider-managed receiving setup is attractive and its campaign quote meets your operational requirements. Start by asking: Is this quote for inbound calls, live transfers or a mixture? Read the full Ringelo vs Policy Printer comparison for the billing table, cost discussion and purchase questions.

5. Falcon FEX — buyers deciding between screened transfers and direct inbound calls

Falcon FEX separates transfer tiers from Falcon Direct inbound calls. Compare the tier, availability and buffer together. Official source.

Our assessment: Consider Falcon FEX if you specifically want to choose between screened-transfer tiers and a separate direct-inbound offering. Start by asking: Which tier can a new account actually order today? Read the full Ringelo vs Falcon FEX comparison for the billing table, cost discussion and purchase questions.

6. BESO Connect — teams wanting to select and compare several suppliers in one interface

BESO describes a browser-based supplier marketplace with campaign prices and supplier-level reporting. Rates are set by suppliers. Official source.

Our assessment: Consider BESO if selecting multiple suppliers and evaluating them within one receiving interface is a priority. Start by asking: Which final expense suppliers and campaigns are available to my licensed states today? Read the full Ringelo vs BESO Connect comparison for the billing table, cost discussion and purchase questions.

7. Final Expense TV — agents who prefer published prepaid call packages

Final Expense TV publishes $45 per connected call, with individual packages starting at $450 for 10 calls. Official source.

Our assessment: Consider Final Expense TV if a published connected-call package and a direct TV-originated conversation fit your buying criteria. Start by asking: What exactly counts as a connected call, and which disqualifications are excluded? Read the full Ringelo vs Final Expense TV comparison for the billing table, cost discussion and purchase questions.

8. AllCalls — agencies managing multiple call types and team budgets

AllCalls describes multiple call types and agency controls. Its FAQ makes pricing and exclusivity campaign-specific. Official source.

Our assessment: Consider AllCalls when multi-agent purchasing controls and a choice of call types are significant selection requirements. Start by asking: Which final expense lines are available, and what makes each one billable? Read the full Ringelo vs AllCalls comparison for the billing table, cost discussion and purchase questions.

9. Standard Conversions — agencies evaluating calls together with a browser platform

Standard Conversions describes CTV-generated final expense calls and free Standard Connect access for approved agencies. Official source.

Our assessment: Consider Standard Conversions if your agency wants to evaluate a combined traffic and browser-platform relationship and can complete its approval process. Start by asking: Which agency eligibility and approval requirements must we meet? Read the full Ringelo vs Standard Conversions comparison for the billing table, cost discussion and purchase questions.

10. CallsFlow — buyers comparing published campaign rates and buffers

CallsFlow’s public table lists FE Inbounds Short Duration at $25/10 seconds and FE TV Calls at $65/30 seconds. Official source.

Our assessment: Consider CallsFlow if selecting a published rate-and-buffer combination within a browser calling workflow suits your team. 11. Eterna Insurance Agency — buyers comparing AI-qualified connections with duration-based options

Eterna offers connection-based and duration-based buying. Its inbound page explicitly includes final expense calls. Official source.

Our assessment: Consider Eterna if you want to evaluate connection-based and duration-based offers from the same provider, with a campaign-specific quote. Start by asking: Which advertised starting rate applies to our final expense campaign and licensed states? Read the full Ringelo vs Eterna Insurance Agency comparison for the billing table, cost discussion and purchase questions.

Why the cheapest listed call is not automatically the cheapest customer

A price only makes sense beside its billable unit. Record whether the invoice counts connected calls, duration-qualified calls or criteria-qualified leads. Then follow a purchased cohort to issued and retained policies. Include labor and applicable software charges consistently. Do not turn an advertised close rate or screenshot into a forecast for your own team.

Use the cost calculation guide for worked examples. For procurement, download the blank provider scorecard. It captures quotes, qualification rules, net spend and outcomes without inventing a universal weighted score.

What to ask every provider

  1. 01What exact campaign, source and delivery product am I buying?
  2. 02What event creates a charge, and which age, banking, interest or duration conditions apply?
  3. 03What is the rate, minimum funding, recurring fee and unused-balance policy?
  4. 04What does exclusivity cover, and which evidence is available for review?
  5. 05Which states, languages, staffed hours and receiving methods are supported?
  6. 06How are technical failures, duplicates and disqualified calls handled?
  7. 07Can I export call and credit records to reconcile them with issued and retained policies?

How this guide stays useful

Keep the source-check date attached to a quote. Vendor pages and inventory change, so recheck the official offer before funding. This list includes providers for which we could establish a relevant public offering; it does not cover every supplier. If choosing between records, transfers and inbound calls is still the main question, start with where to buy final expense leads.
